We collect information you provide directly to us, such as your name, phone number, email address, WhatsApp contact, mailing address and the details of the plot or home you are interested in. When you visit our website we may also collect basic technical information such as your device type, browser and pages viewed.
We use your information to respond to enquiries, arrange site visits, prepare documentation for a plot or property, process payments where applicable, and to keep you informed about our developments. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We share information only with parties that help us deliver our services, such as our lawyers, surveyors, the Lands Commission and payment providers, and only to the extent necessary. We may also disclose information where required by law.
We retain client records for as long as they are needed for the transaction and for any period required by Ghanaian law and good record keeping practice.
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent to further marketing communications at any time.
